Our commitment to you is simple and clear: if your primary issue is not fully resolved after your initial Single Session Solution™, we guarantee to work through it with you for up to two (2) additional thirty-minute, one-on-one follow-up sessions — at no extra charge. We do not walk away after one session. We stick with you, together, for as many as two more dedicated 1:1 sessions until we have done everything in our power to help you achieve meaningful progress on the issue you came to address.

By booking a Single Session Solution with Inner Peace Hypnotherapy, you acknowledge and agree that the full extent of our service guarantee is the provision of up to two (2) additional thirty-minute 1:1 follow-up sessions, focused on the same primary issue addressed in your original session, at no additional cost.

These follow-up sessions are scheduled and completed within 90 days of your original session. You acknowledge that this collaborative follow-through — rather than any promise of a specific outcome — constitutes the complete guarantee offered by Inner Peace Hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming are cooperative processes that depend on many personal factors, including your active participation and engagement. While many clients experience quick and lasting change, individual results vary and cannot be predicted or promised.

Our guarantee is that we will dedicate the time and expertise — through up to two additional thirty-minute 1:1 sessions — to work with you on your concern. We do not guarantee the elimination, reduction, or resolution of any specific issue, symptom, or condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Peace Hypnotherapy, its hypnotherapists, practitioners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your participation in sessions, your use of any materials or recordings provided, or your reliance on any guidance given — except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

This indemnification survives the conclusion of your sessions and applies to you and your heirs, assigns, and representatives.

Hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

We strongly encourage you to consult with your licensed healthcare provider regarding any health concerns before and throughout your work with us. If you are currently receiving treatment for a medical or psychological condition, please inform us and continue to follow your provider's guidance.

Your participation is voluntary. You accept full responsibility for your choices and well-being throughout the process.

The guarantee described above — up to two additional thirty-minute 1:1 follow-up sessions — is offered in place of any monetary refund. By booking a session, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes regarding the original session fee.
